SeafoodNearMe connects buyers and sellers directly. For most transactions, payment happens face-to-face at pickup — you keep every dollar.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Cash
- Venmo, CashApp, and Zelle
- Checks (personal arrangement)
Fees
- In-person sales: No platform fee. You keep 100%.
- Online reservations: flat $4.99 reservation fee — paid by the buyer, not the seller. Ordinary card processing cost is deducted from your payout on prepaid orders only.
- Featured listings: Optional. $5 per listing to appear at the top of search results.
Tips for Maximizing Earnings
- Price competitively based on current market rates and your catch quality.
- Offer bundle deals to increase average order size.
- Confirm payment method with buyers before pickup to avoid surprises.
